    What kind of graded cards do you accept?

    We currently accept PSA, BSG, CGC, SVG

    Can I consign raw cards?

    Yes. However, the process is different for raw cards and we would need some additional information. If you'd like to consign your raw cards through our website or eBay store, please contact info@foxdenhideout.com

    Does the sale price include fees the buyer has to pay?

    No. The sale price is the Hammer Price. (e.g. An item sold for $250, the buyer pays $250 + $50 for a total of $300. The Hammer Price is $250. You get paid based on the Hammer Price.

    When do I get paid?

    We payout bi-weekly for all weekly and monthly auctions. In some instances you may get paid sooner or later depending on when funds clear from the buyer. Typically funds clear within 2 weeks after an auction ends.

    What is the quality of cards I can expect when I buy?

    We try to uphold tighter standards than TCG Player when it comes to quality.

    You can expect to receive, mint to near mint condition cards. Meaning there is little to no flaw from outside factors such as blemishes, white spots, scratches.

    While a Near Mint card may contain 1 to 2 of these things, usually they are very subtle. However, majority of what you will receive will lean towards mint condition, with no blemishes or flaws from outside factors.

    If there are cards that fall outside of this range we will mark them as such, and have individual photos of the flaws.

    Always feel free to ask about a card though if you would like to "inspect" a card first.

    Do you buy collections or cards directly?

    Typically we buy at 75-80% of TCG Player market price, but we will review card(s) quality before we make a final offer. We are not currently accepting bulk.

    I have a collection of cards I'm not sure what to do with, do you consult?

    Yes, we do consult! You may have acquired a collection or have been slowly building it up without any strategic plan for it, and that's ok! We're here to help you explore your options, answer questions, and get you connected to the right place and people.     Can you help me get my cards graded?

    Yes. While we don't have this section currently up on our website we can accept cards on your behalf for grading. We currently grade through PSA each month.
